Your Subconscious. How To Harness Your Incredible Power.

From the desk of Anthony Buchalka

Thanks for joining me as we discuss that amazing part of our mind. The subconscious.

Harnessing Your Subconscious

Your subconscious mind is something that can both harm and help you on your quest for self improvement. The power of the subconscious mind is something that some people recognize naturally, others need to work at it.

Utilizing your subconscious mind power can help you in a variety of ways. It can help you achieve personal success, weight loss, quit smoking, and help you enhance your relationships.

Not a lot of people understand how to harness their subconscious mind, but it is a truly powerful tool. Some like to tap into their subconscious by keeping track of their dreams and analyzing them. Others like to engage in creative visualization to help program their mind and convince it to coax the body to take action. And still, some like to meditate to activate the power of the subconscious mind.

You can either choose one of the methods to boost your subconscious mind power or all of them. It is up to you. But know that whatever you decide can only help your life in positive ways. A good resource is a must to get started.

Changing Your Life. Before you decide which methods to use to tap into your subconscious mind to help your life in a positive way, it helps to understand what aspects of your life you would like to change. Some people have certain goals in mind, such as weight loss or career or financial success. Others just want to use their subconscious mind to help develop a more positive outlook.

No matter what things you would like to change doesn’t matter. What does matter is that when you work on tapping into the power of the subconscious mind that you make your purpose clear. Without a clear purpose, you won’t maximize your efforts.

What you will need to do is set goals. Make a list of all the things you would like to accomplish. From that list, set goals. After you are done setting goals, write them down, make collages, write them in your journal, etc. The purpose of that is to fix the goals in your mind so that they can work there way into your subconscious mind.

Keep track of dreams. Keeping track of your dreams is one way you can harness your subconscious mind power. Dreams are often a way for you to understand what it is you are concerned with. If your dreams are filled with anxiety, this may show that your subconscious is picking up on some anxiety you may feel in your life. If you identify what it is, your dreams may go back to normal.

Purchase a dream journal and keep it by your bed. As soon as you wake up from a dream, write down the details. Don’t wait. As you wake up from sleep, the vividness of your dream starts to fade and as the day goes on, you will forget what you dreamt. If you are going to tap into the power of your subconscious mind, you need to remember all your dreams. After you write them down, read over what you wrote and think about possible explanations as to why you may have dreamt it. A dream dictionary can help, but keep in mind that dreaming is personal and not all dream imagery is universal

Creative Imagery. Creative imagery is something that helps you activate your subconscious mind power. It is similar to meditation, but there are some differences. Creative imagery is the process of deciding what you would like to accomplish, such as a deeper state of relaxation, and doing so by the images you focus on. This feeling of relaxation will permeate throughout the day.

Creative imagery is different than meditation because creative imagery is actually self hypnosis. If you need help learning how to do this you can either meet with a specialist or read a book on the subject. The more you do it, the better you’ll get.

Meditation. Meditation is another way to harness the power of your subconscious mind. Meditation puts you in a relaxed state and helps you tap into your subconscious while you are in that state. To learn how to meditate properly, you may want to find someone who can help you.

Medication and yoga often go together. If you are interested in taking a yoga class there is usually a meditation segment at the end. People who specialize in yoga and meditation are able to use their subconscious mind power in interesting ways.

Making it Work. As mentioned, you can use all these methods or just pick one you are most comfortable with. Learning how to use your subconscious mind is a valuable tool and one that you can make work for you consistently. If you want to make changes in your life or if you just want to be the best person you can be, your subconscious mind is a powerful ally. If you feed it positive things and learn how to tap into it, the power of the subconscious mind will amaze you.

That's a little food for thought for you.

Best regards,

All the best.
